RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we will unfortunately not offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible to a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
To complete a return, we require:
a receipt or proof of purchase;
that the items are returned in their original packaging together with the tag and all accessories, if any;
that you contact customer service beforehand via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to seek its consent to the return; should you nonetheless return an item in the absence of any such consent, we shall retain your item until we receive your payment of the costs of shipping it back to you.
If you receive an item faulty or damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item and of our approval or rejection (at our sole discretion) of your refund request; we may decide to refund you partly only.
Any amount refunded to you will be applied to your credit card or other original method of payment.
SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are not refunded.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items once and if they are defective, damaged or if you wish an identical item of another size (to the extent any such size is still in stock).
You are responsible for paying all shipping costs of returning any item. Such shipping costs are non-refundable. In case of an exchange, you will bear the shipping costs of our sending a new item to you.
When shipping an item to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchase a shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
